What We Do in the Shadows TV Series Coming to FX
Based on the Feature Film of the Same Name
Premise:
The upcoming FX series "What We Do in the Shadows" is a comedic mockumentary that follows the daily (or rather, nightly) lives of three vampires who share a house on Staten Island. The show is based on the 2014 feature film of the same name, which was written, directed, and starred Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi.
The series will feature a cast of new characters, including Nandor the Relentless (Kayvan Novak), Nadja of Antipaxos (Natasia Demetriou), Laszlo Cravensworth (Matt Berry), and Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch). The show will also feature appearances by Clement and Waititi, who will reprise their roles from the film.
"What We Do in the Shadows" is set to premiere on FX in 2019. The series is produced by FX Productions and Avalon Television.
